#Activate/deactivate external temperature sensor

The device is equipped with an additional connector to connect an external sensor (Hager EK090). The temperature measured in this way can be used internally within the device, for example to enter the ambient temperature as a measured value when the device is fitted in an unfavourable location (for example outside). But this temperature value can also be transmitted directly via the KNX bus at the input of a KNX room thermostat, in order to balance the ground temperature with a second measured value in large rooms (synchronisation).

You can configure the following with the external temperature sensor activated:

* Temperature calibration: The measured temperature value can be adjusted down or up in 0.2°C increments between -0.6 ... +0.6°C if required to reflect the actual temperature at a particular location in the room.
* Temperature emission by variation of: Defines the temperature change that will result in the transmission of a value on the KNX bus. The values 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6 °C are possible.
* Temperature periodical emission: Defines a fixed period of time after which the current temperature will always be transmitted on the KNX bus. This operation is performed independently of the real temperature change. Values of 10 s, 20 s, ... 1 min, 2 min, ... 5 min, 10 min can be configured.
